Terrible Baby Names

So I have to say that I am beyond amused with the humorous suggestions of what we should name our nameless baby (for now he/she's nicknamed Beavis Irene to cover both genders).

Some suggestions posted were:

Emerifin (from Will)

Derchum (from Rachel)

Besight (from Tim)

Nospr (from Kari)

I remember when I worked as a secretary I came across the name "Pimpish Landing." No joke. So I was wondering, what are some of the most horrendous names that you've heard of? I'm serious. Maybe we'll end up naming Beavis Irene with one of them. ;)

Tandy Twitty. She married into that last name. She is a cute lady. (I'm Will's wife)

When I was working as an office manager we had a customer whose name was Seman Suckov. Say that three times out loud. :)

Once while holding the binder of all registered voters in El Paso county, I went on just such a search. Richard Butt. Let's just hope he didn't go by a nickname.

We are soooo happy for you guys, congratulations! Jeremy just asked me where you live. He said- let's move there so we'll have built-in friends! I hope you're feeling ok Meridth.

We knew some people that were going to name their daughter Xala or something, an ethnic spelling of Shaila, luckily, they decided against it at and stuck with the simpler spelling.

Phoebe on Friends chanced her name to Princess Consuela Bananahammock. Does that count? :)

I have a friend who named her daughter Tuesday. No, she wasn't born on a Tuesday.

By the way, congratulations! I'm way excited for you two!

Gosh, sometimes I just write what's in my head and then, in hindsight, think "What am I thinking?" I'm glad that you and everyone else got a kick out of it!

my mom went to school with some kids whose parents were seriously smoking something when they signed the birth certificate: Bud Wiser, Allison Wunderland, and Shanda Leer. Geez.

sweetpea. i thought the girl was joking. luckily a friend of mine was there to respond because i was speechless. it was NOT a nickname (nor a family name).

Al say the driver's license of "Apple Jack" working with him on a construction site. Obviously, he didn't go by that name. Not horrendous but not your normal thinker.
