"Never let him know, that you know, what he thinks you don't know that you know... Ya know?"

If anyone can guess that quote.... then I owe them a cookie.

So I thought it was extremely important that you, my good friends, where aware of the types of preferences I have for sweets. My absolute sugar stumbling-block would have to be gummies. But not just any gummies... specifically the gummies that come outta England or Germany. How snobby can you get? the texture and the flavor is flat out superior. My favs are Percy Pig gummies (from England)... but here I've only been able to find Fred Ferkel gummies from Germany which are pretty similar . I find it extremely amusing that sweets would be named and shaped after a pig. It's a lot liking naming a plus size clothing store The Dress Barn. (Which really really irritates me btw.)

I also am a huge fan of the German made Haribo gummies. But more specifically the bears and the colas. This is important for you to know and you will be tested on it later...
...yum.

I am also prey to candy, and gummies are especially tempting. I will only eat Haribo gummy bears, the white ones first. There is a gourmet grocery store right down the street from our house that has an interesting candy section. I will have to scout out their gummies.

And also, I somehow have lost your phone number. Call me or email me so we can fix the details for tomorrow, if you guys are still game.

Sorry to have written a story that reminded you of what I suspect is a painful memory. Glad you came out of it in one piece. Thanks for your comment on my Black Dog story, and for your encouragement. I look forward to seeing what you'll do with your talents too.

We really must be twins - gummies (especially the german ones) are my absolute favorite candies. I have never had the Percy Pig ones before, I guess I should have spent more time candy shopping in the UK. I agree on the Cola and bears, but I also like the Haribo raspberry/blackberry ones. MMmm and so many more. I blame the 12+ cavities I got my freshman year on the fact that I could buy gummies with my dinning plus. Oops.

Meridth- I saw the Illustration on Poso creek PUppies i remember your husband saying that you traded the puppy for an illustration and I love it. And just between you and me I'm a snob on my gummy bears as well. The crappy kind from the store just don't cut it, I haven't had the haribo in a while but i'm sure it tastes better than the generic stuff. Love ya,

Yay, I get the cookie! It's a quote from the movie "Sneakers"! (Isn't it?) I too love gummies too and I'm always a sucker for the new flavors or gourmet packaging. Be a beacon Meridth. (For those who don't know, that's a line too.)

I recently tried my first percy pig and also find myself quite partial to them. Good choice.

I love all gummies, even the crappy CVS brand gummies. I love them all! but I do realize that some gummies are better than others. The english gummies are very yummy. I like writing gummies a lot!

I just wanted to tell you we had a fabulous time with you and Edward on Saturday, and if you are game, we want to do it again sometime.

And I just bought a bag of Percy Pigs, and I can't leave them alone. Superior gummy.
